Huerfano County Tourism Board wanted a monument sign that was “Outside the Box” design located on the Interstate 25 corridor. I created 5 different options of which they selected this one. The representation of the Spanish Peaks exemplify the dramatic feature in this Colorado County. The use of Korten steel makes the sign maintenance free. In addition to the design and construction drawings, I project managed the construction and installation of this project.
