EL PUEBLO ROOF REPLACEMENT

History Colorado requested construction documents and specifications for the replacement of the roof  and canales. The project was completed weatherproofing the roof and canales drainage.  Futher work on the walls is recommended.

LA VETA MERCANTILE STRUC ASSESSMENT

A private client requested that I perform a Structural Assessment of the La Veta Mercantile(Edwin L. Smith) structure at 300 South Main Street in LaVeta, Colorado.  The assessment report was completed and work has yet to be performed.

FT GARLAND WEST OFFICERS QTRS ASSESSMENT

History Colorado requested that I perform a Structural Assessment of the Roof for the West Officers Quarters. The West Officers Quarters were constructed around 1857 of adobe with a wood plank floor and roof of Vega/Lattia/earth. The assessment report was completed and work has yet to be performed.

TRINIDAD HISTORY MUSEUM FENCE

 Historical iron fencing has been installed around portions of the Trinidad History Museum. History Colorado requested that additional iron fence be installed to complement the existing.  Construction documents were performed for the iron fence around the West section of the Baca House.

STAR THEATRE FACADE INVESTIGATION

The owners of the existing Fox theatre at 715 South Main Street Walsenburg, Colorado requested that the exterior front façade be restored back to the 1917 Star Theatre appearance. The design and investigation was completed as directed.

SILVER DOLLAR RENOVATION

Created Concept plans for the renovation and conversion of the Silver Dollar at 201-203 South Main Street in LaVeta, Colorado. Project was stopped prior to final approval of the town of  LaVeta.

BANK OF AGUILAR RESTORATION

The exterior stone walls of the  bank of Aguilar were the only remaining part of the structure that was left.
